Bryant D. Lee joined AppealTech as an appellate paralegal, and his meticulous way of working has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated by co-workers or clients. With a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from his alma mater, St. John’s University, and 10 years of overall experience in the legal field, Bryant has perfected numerous appeals in the Appellate Term, all four Appellate Divisions, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the New Jersey Appellate Division.
Bryant has a vast knowledge and familiarity with the Civil Practice Law and Rules, Federal Rules of Appellate Practice and various law practices including, but not limited to, Zoning and Land Use, Administrative Law/Rent Regulations, Medical Malpractice and Product and Premises Liability. He’s been tasked with taking on several demanding cases including: In re: Crane Collapse Litigation, Green Earth Farms v. Haverstraw Planning Board, et al., In the Matter of Aoki and other civil and criminal matters.
Prior to appellate practice, Bryant served as a litigation paralegal for seven years, gaining invaluable experience with Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation, Corporate and Securities, Criminal and Real Estate matters. His extensive experience has shaped him into an effective paralegal. Bryant possesses a rare skill, a dynamic hands-on approach and a contagious calm that allows him to exceed his clients’ expectations under the strictest of deadlines and the most daunting of cases. His dedication to his craft has made him a key part of the AppealTech team.
